The website had a "facelift", a "facelift" means that all the older functionalities remains nearly the same but with a new look and feel.
Some new important services and functions have also been added to the website which we want to make sure they are fully used by you
This includes a new upper navigation section like "My Account" which is available only after a successful login process, as well as my "My profile" and "My Settings".
On the home page also you can check your electronic online Motor Policy status in UAE traffic departments in the Dubai Road and Traffic Authority(RTA) and Abu Dhabi Traffic department through a 24/7 connected live system!
My Account: this section contains all your online insurance transactions history done with Methaq Takaful Insurance Company, like Saved quotations, the history of Issued insurance policies, your renewed policies, as well as section for re-generating any policy documents in a PDF format.
My Profile: this section includes your personal profile with Methaq Takaful Insurance Company, where you can edit and complete your Profile information for a better way of communications between you and Methaq, Change your password immediately for more security standards , or simply Update your profile picture for a more personalized experience.
My Settings (Coming soon): This section will enable you to personalize the look and feel of our website by changing the theme color with your favorite colors, the applied settings will remain until your next visit.

On this area we will be announcing our latest offers, promotions and our new usefull online functionalities for a faster and more secured online insurance policy issue. Stay tuned in!
The endorsement section is where you can change any of the general information for the policy that does not affect the policy premium, including the policy holder personal details, vehicle details as well as contact information and the Traffic file / license information of the vehicle if needed.
Simply enter your policy number, your policy details willm be retrieved and you can proceed with any Endorsement
However, for the technical endorsement (all the details that involves updating the policy with premiums additions, extra covers or refunds or complete policy cancelations) , this needs to be done in one of Methaq branches,
